Set out below are links to information about the accessibility of the main Congress venue, the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC), and the venue for the Gala Dinner, the National Museum of Scotland.

EICC
The EICC sets out a description of its accessibility features here, and provides contact details for any outstanding questions. The EICC website provides specific guidance on the features of its different auditoria. At the ICCA 2022 Edinburgh Congress, we will be using:

National Museum of Scotland
The National Museum of Scotland sets out a description of its accessibility features here. The parts of the Museum that will be used for the ICCA 2022 Edinburgh Congress Gala Dinner are:
Tower Entrance – Level 1
All delegates will enter the building from this entrance
Hawthornden Court – Level 1
Pre-dinner drinks will take place here
Kingdom of Scots – Level 1
Pre-dinner drinks will take place here
The Grand Gallery – Level 1
Congress Gala Dinner will take place here
Tower Entrance – Level 1
Delegates with accessibility requirements will exit the building from here
Main Exit – Level 0
Delegates without accessibility requirements will exit the building from here

Congress programme
If it is difficult for you to follow a PowerPoint presentation on a large screen, and it would be helpful to have a copy of a presentation on paper or on your tablet, please contact the ICCA Bureau at bureau@arbitration-icca.org at the beginning of September 2022. The Bureau will do its best to provide a copy of any relevant presentation in a format useful to you.
